Tinker was asked by the Beeckestijn Project Realization Foundation to develop an outline plan for a permanent public presentation in the landscaped grounds. This 18th century country estate in Velsen-Zuid is being given a new function as a national platform for garden and landscape culture. Exhibits and presentations will be designed and organized for the public in the interior and the grounds around the house explaining the relationship between people and their natural environment. Beeckestijn will also become the platform for the academic world for congresses and debates, and will serve to inspire research and publications.

The redesign of some of the rooms and a short film with atmospheric images were used to convey the possibilities that Beeckestijn can offer as a platform for garden and landscape culture. The presentation gave an impression of what will be taking place at Beeckestijn in 2010, with the goal of attracting and soliciting interest from a wide range of public and private organizations and funds, the general public and those living nearby Beeckestijn in particular, local government, the press and media and related organizations. In addition to this outline presentation, Tinker developed the house style and website.
