The Kromme Rijn region: all kinds of countryside, nearby the city, full of energy and at the same time worthy of conservation. A large number of organizations based in the area have joined forces to use collaborative projects to strengthen the region and to ensure its ready for the challenges it faces. A region in which so many different people are working on the future needs a meeting place where the future can become tangible. Moreover, the developments have to be supervised and supported from one central place.
That place has become the Streekhuis Kromme Rijn (Kromme Rijn ‘Regional House’): a workplace, a meeting place, an experience place, an inspiration place, an information place and a centre for the communication campaign about the region. Tinker has developed that campaign, and conceived and realized a design and layout for the Streekhuis.
