conflict and trade on the frontier of the roman empire
history lives again along the netherlands’ great rivers
It wasn’t only the Picts and Nubians who fought on the Limes – the frontier of the former Roman Empire – but also our own Batavians and Cananefates. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and various local government authorities set up the Limes Programme Agency to conserve and maintain this world heritage site and to promote awareness. As communications agency, Tinker has written an action plan that will ensure the active participation of the public at large. We’re currently developing a wide range of media. The house style is beginning to take shape, the Limes Atlas is being reprinted and we’re working hard on a game that will lead you along tracks both old and new … (ongoing project)
