Citizens want a say in shaping their own country in the 21st century. An association has been set up to give them just that: De Publieke Zaak (‘The Public Affair’) is for individuals, organizations and businesses who want to collaborate and contribute to the common good.
Tinker wrote ‘Manifesto 2005’, a plan of action for De Publieke Zaak, combining member recruitment, communications and programming. The plan was adopted in its entirety by the Board.
During 2005, Tinker also provided De Publieke Zaak with office facilities, built its website and began a campaign to recruit new members.
