nineteen years of new ideas

We began thinking up ideas for our clients in 1991. At that time the agency was called ‘Castles in the Air’, and specialized in the ‘Realization of Fantasies’. Our approach was simple: we provided creative solutions for our clients’ organizational and communications problems. As an outsider you often see solutions that others miss. So there was always work, and looking back we agree it was all about:

Inspiration can be found in every assignment. If you use it in your communications or organization, things will go a lot more smoothly.

An assignment can involve a plan, a group of people, a subject, an event or a story. Tinker doesn’t shrink from complex assignments or thorny problems. We find a source of inspiration in them, and bring it into the open. That’s why we often custom-build the instruments we use, so that we touch the right chord for every situation.

We haven’t thought up the same idea or developed the same concept twice in the last eighteen years. But we have built up a wealth of experience in creative processes. These are processes in which something new is created from a key idea. Whenever they’re called for, you can call for Tinker.
