Founder of tinker, responsible for concept and strategy. Good at conceiving big ideas and making them real. Advocates creativity with substance and feels fortunate to be working on it every day.

I studied Cognitive Psychology and Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University. Although AI was in its infancy in the 90’s, I learned a lot about how people think. There are so many ways to perceive the world and to operate in it. This multiversality is my playground. By creatively exploring domains of perception, I am able to deliver original ideas for communication purposes and public engagement.  

In projects, I prefer the role of ‘Chief Promise’. First, I look for the Big Idea that ties needs and people together. Next, I specify ambitions and agreements for all involved. After that, I'm responsible for turning that idea into reality. In this threefold way, all parties stay on track and the strength of the original plan is conserved.   

I am grateful of the company that Tinker has become. What started out as a castle in the air has grown into a serious business. With our great team, we are working on the dreams of our clients. A high energetic team of freestyle thinkers and doers.
